Scheduling
In order to assure the widest selection of services and times, we highly
recommend that you schedule appointments a minimum of two weeks in advance.

Cancellations
Please provide us with a 24-hour notice of cancellation to avoid being
charged for your appointment. If you are running late for your appointment,
please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Online appointments cannot be cancelled or changed online. All cancellations
or changes must be phoned in to avoid a mishap or double booking.
Gift
Certificates
Gift Certificates may be purchased for twenty-five, fifty or one-hundred
dollars. They can be used toward any salon / esthetique service or retail
item.

Comfort of All Our Guests
We kindly ask that you do not bring small children and infants into the
salon and esthetique unless they have an appointment. Please keep all
cell phones and conversations discreet while receiving your service.
Gratuity
Gratuities are a matter of personal discretion and should reflect your
level of satisfaction with our service.
